Program Overview
The Gratiot-Findlay Neighborhood Association (GFNA) offers programs to help the community grow and learn together. Our programs are for everyone, including children, adults, and families. We focus on teaching important skills like gardening, sustainability, and literacy. You can join us to learn how to grow your own food, get help with reading and writing, or just spend time together as a family. Our programs are free and open to all who live in the Gratiot-Findlay area. We meet at Duesette-Findlay Family Park, where we have a community garden and lots of space to learn and play. Whether you want to learn something new, meet your neighbors, or get involved in the community, there's something for everyone at GFNA. Come join us and be a part of something great!
Cost Info
GFNA only ask for a member due upon registration in the amount of $10 annually per family.Student and Volunteer Success Stories
Through the literacy program at GFNA, I've not only improved my reading and writing skills but also gained confidence in myself and my future. The classes have helped me understand my children's schoolwork better, and I'm now able to help them with their homework. The support from GFNA has made a huge difference in my life, and I'm excited to continue learning and growing. My family is thriving because of the literacy skills we've gained together." – Jamal K., Gratiot-Findlay Resident
