Program Overview
Literacy Volunteers of Greater Waterbury offers FREE tutoring in English as a Second Language, Basic Literacy and U.S. Citizenship. Students and tutors meet once a week for about 1.5-2 hours to work on individual goals. Classes are currently being offered both in person and virtually.
