Program Overview
We offer free one-on-one and small group tutoring services 7 days a week mornings, afternoons and evenings. Tutoring is always in a public facility and the time and location is set by the student and the volunteer tutor. Currently we also have virtual tutoring, conversation clubs and an online learning platform. We help students learn how to read, improve their reading and writing skills, or learn English. Students work on personal literacy goals including obtaining a driver's license, becoming a US Citizen, passing the GED or improving their employment.
Our mission is to deliver comprehensive and innovative learning opportunities to local adults seeking English language and literacy skills to achieve their goals.
Hours of operation: 10 - 5 Monday - Friday, tutoring available in off hours
