Program Overview
We provide services to adults in Clark, Garland, Montgomery, and Pike counties. We help any adult who wants to learn to read, write, or speak English better. We partner adult students with a volunteer tutor, in one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions. Each pair meets at least once a week for an hour each session. All tutoring sessions are free.
We provide initial training to become a volunteer tutor, as well as quarterly Tutor Tuneups. We also have volunteer opportunities for special projects or office administrative duties.
