LCN provides instruction via one-on-one tutoring, small groups or classroom settings for adults needing help with reading, writing, math, GED preparation or English as a Second Language (ESL).

Jenny had a job as a massage therapist at a store in the mall. In order to improve her English language skills, she contacted LCN for help. She was assigned a tutor who has been working with her since 2013. As her English improved and she gained confidence, Jenny opened her own business and in just a few short years that business grew from a one-person operation to one with two full-time employees. The business continues to grow with very favorable reviews. In 2016, Jenny started preparing for the citizenship test, which she passed with flying colors. In February 2017 Jenny was sworn in as a naturalized citizen. Currently, Jenny has started working towards her goal to become an acupuncturist, taking classes conducted in English.
