Student and Volunteer Success Stories
"I am so thrilled that I finally convinced myself to sign up as a volunteer with Literacy Connects. I had no idea that in addition to learning how to tutor English, I would also be gaining so many incredible insights into my community and making new friends. I also feel as if I am doing something positive. Thank you for all you do!" --English Language Acquisition for Adults volunteer
"I'm amazed at how much more I am able to do. When I see myself reading a driver's manual, I think, 'Really, is this me?'" -- Adult Basic Literacy student
