Limitless Learning

Program Overview

Limitless Learning is currently working through another non-profit, having been founded in 2015. Our mission is to provide clients with free and appropriate education towards their achieving their life goals. To achieve this, we focus on three things, ongoing evaluation, multiple strategies, and individual support. The client is evaluated as soon as he/she begins the program. This allows for an individualized program that fits the needs of the client. After assessment in reading and math,goals are set for the client. The client is enrolled two online programs, which allow for immediate feedback to the client. The first program, Read Theory (http://www.readtheory.org/) is a free reading program that self-levels the student. Power My Learning (http://powermylearning.org/) is the second program, also free. Using this program, the client can view instructional videos, play interactive games, audio assisted reading,and take assessments designed by the instructor. These allow for tracking for the instructor, and periodic assessment of client goals. In addition, the instructor also uses "hands on" manipulatives. There are worksheets that can be used in a 1:1 or small group setting. These are also available to the client for home assignments. There are also multiple textbooks and manipulative materials available in different subject areas. Not only are traditional subject matters included, but real world applications are integrated, such as First Aid/CPR/AED (FACA), Health Care, Baby Rearing, Bee Husbandry, Automotive, Carpentry, Electrical, Job Applications, Current Events/Newspapers, and Age Appropriate Reading.
