Program Overview

Our Life Skills One on One Support Specialist works extensively with the identified individual. The individual meets with Life Skills Support Specialist weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. A individualized Life Skills plan is develop to help the individual achieve task centered goals around his/her skills to promote self sufficient.
