Cost Info

Some events and programs may have a moderate cost associated with them. General Library services have no fees. Individuals five and older are eligible for Library cards. Children under 14 must have a parent or legal guardian present to obtain a Library card. Library cards are free with proof of Lancaster County residency is required. If not a resident of Lancaster County, a Library card with an Access PA indicator will waive out-of-county fees. Residents living outside of Lancaster County are charged $25 for an annual Library membership. Photo ID is required to sign up for a Library Card.
