Program Overview

Lexington One Adult Education is an inclusive adult education initiative designed to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to thrive in today's rapidly changing world. Whether our adult learners are seeking to complete their high school diplomas, earn their GEDs, enhance their English skills, or simply pursue personal interests, our program offers flexible learning pathways to accommodate everyone's unique needs and goals.

At Lexington One Adult Education, we understand that working on additional education and certifications can sometimes be challenging to balance with a busy schedule. This is why we offer childcare services, both evening and morning classes, and online courses. Furthermore, our College and Career Navigation services assist all of our adult learners as they create goals and prepare for post-secondary education and employment.

Not only does Lexington One Adult Education offer GED preparation classes, ESL classes, and a Diploma Track program, we also serve as an official Pearson VUE Testing Center where students are able to take the GED tests at various times each month. Additionally, we recently welcomed Midlands Technical College to our campus, and our partnership with them will continue to open doors for our adult learners.
