Program Overview

Leon Valley Public Library offers free programs for all ages and families. Our weekly storytimes build early literacy, social-emotional growth, math, and preschool readiness skills.

As a Family Place Library, we support caregivers with direct resources and guidance. We offer Family Place workshops twice a year, led by local specialists, that focus on practical parenting skills and early childhood development.

We provide learning and skill-building programs for teens and adults and are actively working with our community to expand focused classes in technology and workforce development.

We also offer volunteer opportunities, including Teens Speak, a program that allows teens to give back while working with library staff to help shape teen services and programming.

All programs are free and open to the community.
