Program Overview

Learn 2 Read OC is a low cost, non-profit, tutoring program to help people, ages 5 and up, with dyslexia, language processing issues, or specific learning disability learn to read and spell. Learn 2 Read OC uses the Barton Reading & Spelling System©, an Orton-Gillingham Influenced, Simultaneously Multi-sensory, Explicit, and Systematic Phonics Program. Additional services we provide is a learning analysis, available fall of 2015. This assessment provides an inside look into how a student learns as well as his/her strengths and deficits. It is a great tool to determine if a student may or may not have a reading disability and if so, the best way to remediate.

Cost Info

Free to reduced cost offered if family can provide proof of hardship, if funding is available. Cost Breakdown: 2 one hour sessions per week: $295 per month; 3 one hour sessions per week: $440 per month; 4 one hour sessions per week: $575 per month; 5 one hour sessions per week: $715 per month
