Program Overview

Ladders of Opportunity is a program that helps parents become educators who understand and reflect their students' cultures, races, and languages. Parents in the program can learn English, earn their high school equivalency, take college classes to become a Lead Teacher, earn certifications to become Paraprofessionals, and receive help finding and keeping a job.

Cost Info

Programming is free to join for ESOL courses. To receive the Early Childhood Education Certificate through our partnership with Urban College, you must take four courses. Three are free, and financial aid is available for the fourth course.
