Program Overview
The purpose of Kid's Life is to provide a safe, year round, caring environment where at-risk and low-income youth can come and learn, have fun, and develop skills that will improve their lives. Without LifeSource, these children would be at home alone, where they are at risk of being abused, addicted to drugs, influenced by gangs, or becoming school dropouts. The long-term goal for each child is to build a confident young person who is academically competent in mathematics, reading, literacy, and computers. We work to instill self-esteem and teach the life skills necessary to succeed in today's world. Kid's Life is a two-part program: After-School and Summer Day camp.
