Jóvenes de Mañana, Elementary School Reading Support Program

Program Overview

Identity's Jóvenes de Mañana program addresses the need for culturally and linguistically competent social-emotional and academic supports to accelerate the reading development of Latino elementary school students who are behind one or more grade levels in language arts. The program runs before or after school at four Montgomery County elementary schools, providing reading support and social-emotional skill-building activities.

The program also offers comprehensive family case management services to participating youths' families and parent education workshops.
