Program Overview
Emotional Literacy in Motion™ is a free reading, writing, and wellness program for all ages. We help children, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors build reading skills, emotional vocabulary, and confidence in a calm and friendly space. We use our founder's My Emotions Dance Journal and other easy-to-read books to help people understand their feelings and improve their reading. Classes include short reading practice, simple writing, English learning, and gentle movement to help with focus. We offer programs for families, early learners, youth, young adults, and seniors.
