The Jefferson-Lewis BOCES is an approved New York State Department of Education site for literacy education and testing for the high school equivalency examination (TASC™ Test). The curricula are compliant with NYS Common Core Learning Standards for Adults. Literacy sites are located in Jefferson County and Lewis County and most importantly, all literacy instruction is free.
