Program Overview
YouthBuild is a program for young people ages 16–24 who want a second chance at education and work. The program helps students earn their high school diploma or GED while learning job skills. Participants receive hands-on training, leadership development, and life skills to prepare for work or college. YouthBuild also offers mental toughness sessions, career planning, and supportive services to help students succeed. Students work with caring staff and community partners in a safe and supportive environment. YouthBuild helps young people build confidence, gain skills, and prepare for a brighter future.
