Program Overview
The purpose of the ESL Training Program is to provide international students and non-English native speakers intensive oral and written communication instruction and
practices to improve their English proficiency. This program will
integrate English language learners into the academic, social and cultural life of the university to give them a full and enriching study abroad experience. This program will also provide each student with the opportunity to be immersed
in an English-speaking environment by interacting with American students in the dorms, social clubs, and dining halls as well as at university events such as football, volleyball and basketball games, concerts, carnivals, and much more!
