Program Overview

The Hope at Home Program is a free bi-monthly, family centered program. An activity kit that is mailed to the homes of families facing extreme crisis to restore hope, strengthen bonds, change perspectives, and provide inspiration for the future. All participants log onto
a Zoom link where a professional facilitator guides the activity for complete effectiveness. Funded through generous donations and sponsorships, the program aims to empower parents and strengthen family bonds through interactive, hands-on activities that teach effective communication skills, the importance of self-worth, positive affirmation, and cultural awareness. Anyone is invited to attend after registering for the program. Space is limited, as spots tend to fill up quickly. However, Deliver the Dream is committed to providing developmental experiences for children and instruction in parenting skills, parental support, and recognizing the reciprocal nature of parent-child relationships.

Student and Volunteer Success Stories

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that Deliver the Dream has been a great help to our family. Due to family circumstances, we have been forced to homeschool Chloe. While it has been overwhelming, DTD has provided some outstanding programs that have made the task easier. In addition to Chloe's improved attitude, we have also noticed that her excitement for attending these events has increased. This is more than just fun and games. We participate as a family and I believe Chloe is starting to get better grades in virtual school as a result of participating in DTD programs. I'm sure you have noticed this as well, but her attention span has increased and she understands how to interact online.

Chloe has had no contact with anyone outside of the family for almost two years. Without these programs, I cannot imagine how lonely she would be. Thank you so much for helping us and our community. We really appreciate everything you do.
