Program Overview

TCAT Morristown Adult Education provides classes for citizens in Claiborne, Grainger, and Hamblen Counties that prepare them to pass the high school equivalency exam (HiSET). Classes are also offered to limited English speaking individuals to enable them to understand, write, and speak English and assist them with passing the high school equivalency exam. Individuals who need help in reaching elementary reading and math levels are assisted by volunteers through the local literacy councils.
