Program Overview

Their mission/purpose, based on their program description: Grant Regional Adult Education provides classes for adults in the community for those needing a High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED), along with several other post-secondary training opportunities. These classes are free and open to people age 16 or older who are not currently enrolled in high school. Beyond HSE prep, they also run: a paraprofessional training program to help people become classroom paraprofessionals in as little as three weeks, a Child Development Associate program for aspiring educators, and a partnership with Rise Up Healthcare Academy offering a free path to CNA certification.
