Program Overview

Family School Connection provides home visiting and school based services to families in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District. Family Liaisons meet twice a month with families of kindergarten students who are not on track to read at grade level. Home visits, evening group programs and school based services all work together to help parents/caregivers to help their child improve their literacy skills and succeed in kindergarten.
