Program Overview

East Grand Forks Campbell Library proposes Phase Two of its Adult Digital Literacy initiative, building on the success of prior grant-funded digital literacy workshops serving adults, seniors, and New American community members. Phase One demonstrated strong community interest and impact, while also revealing persistent barriers related to language access, transportation, and at-home practice opportunities.

Phase Two focuses on strengthening infrastructure to ensure adult learners can continue building digital skills both inside the library and at home. This proposal expands instructional capacity through real-time language access technology, multilingual learning platforms, circulating tablets, and enhanced instructional materials designed to support adult learners with diverse language and technology needs.
