Program Overview
The West Warwick Library Literacy Program offers free ESL/ELL classes for adults who want to learn English. The program helps adult learners gain confidence and strength in their abilities to read, write, understand and speak English. The year-round program has two 15-week sessions and an 8-week summer session. It is thematically based, with learners working on reading, writing, and conversational English in small groups with teachers and tutors.
The West Warwick Library Literacy Program is located at 1043 Main Street, West Warwick, RI. For more information, contact Maria Saillant, Language Programs Coordinator at (401) 828-3750 x 3 or via email at maria@wwpl.org.
We have been serving the ESL/ELL family community since 1998. This is our 25th year! We have had students from all over the world representing over sixty countries. With our wonderful staff and volunteers, we are able to provide these services to the English Language Learmers' family community.
