I was Maria's supervisor for her internship at El Centro Hispano. We truly enjoyed having her. Her knowledge about preschool readiness enriched our ability to provide more services for our preschool children and theirparent's/guardians. Because of her project, our students' parents will continue to use more reading comprehension reading strategies to help their children
develop pre-literacy. Furthermore, we are happy that Maria extended our library to include a more comprehensive Latinx library for our participants."
