Program Overview
Our tentative starting date is Tuesday, April 30th. Those who desire to learn English or sharpen their skills, or wish to practice their English skills are welcome to attend this hands-on, practical learning cafe. Light refreshments are served. Free child-care is offered for children ages 5 and under. We are located in the Portlock area of Chesapeake, Virginia
