Program Overview

English Language classes at the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library are free and open to the public. We have classes for English learners at all levels. Classes cover speaking, listening, grammar, pronunciation, and some reading and writing.

The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library also offers an 8 week U.S. Citizenship course at least once a year. This class is for those interested in American history and government and/or those preparing to take the U.S. Citizenship exam.

We are always looking for native English speaking volunteers! Interested students and volunteers may apply on the library's website at: https://cphlibrary.org/services/english-language-learning/
