Program Overview
We offer classes in high school completion (National External Diploma Program (NEDP); Credit Diploma Program (CDP); and General Education Development (GED). We also offer classes in Family Literacy, Workforce Readiness, United States Citizenship, and English as a Second Language (ESL).

The vision of East Hartford Adult & Continuing Education
is to provide residents with adult classes that are the pride of the community.
Hours of operation: M-TH: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; F: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Cost info: Free to all East Hartford residents. Non residents pay $40 per semester for GED, pre-GED, ESL, and Citizenship classes. Non residents pay $25 per class for the Credit Diploma Program. NEDP, Family Literacy, and Workforce Readiness are free to all, residents and non-residents.
