When Oliver was in 4th grade, school felt like an uphill battle. Undiagnosed dyslexia had crushed his confidence, and his mom was heartbroken watching him struggle. She knew he needed help, but didn't know where to turn. Then, they found the Dyslexia Resource Center (DRC). After testing and starting tutoring with DRC, everything changed. Now in 5th grade, Oliver finally has reading support designed for how his brain actually learns and his spark has come back! He is excited about school again and is even obsessed with writing in cursive! At DRC, our step-by-step, structured tutoring helps adults and kids with learning differences break through barriers to literacy.
