Program Overview
Dumas Education and Social Ministries is located in the rural community of Dumas, Texas. We are focused on bettering the local community through ESL services, literacy services, a food pantry, and citizenship classes. We desire to empower people of all backgrounds with the skills needed to be successful and welcomed members of the community.
