Dolly Parton's Imagination Library provided a fee, high quality, age appropriate book to Columbia County kids age 0-5. This program has shown to improve family engagement, 3rd grade literacy scores, and high school graducation rates. As of January 2020, 1,320 youth are enrolled in Columbia COunty.
