Program Overview

We service adult learners in reading and math who have not completed high school. We help them to get ready for

the GED. We also tutor students in grades 1- 7

D &
H Literacy and Counseling Center (D & H) was established in 2014 with a simple mission: to assist community residents to achieve their human potential by eliminating barriers associated with poverty, crime, and violence. This has resulted in a vision and philosophy that finds value and strength in the journey that is necessary to overcome adversity whether addiction, violence, illiteracy, prior incarceration, military deployment, lack of opportunity, racism, or just intergenerational poverty.

Hours of operation: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Cost info: There is a $25.00 dollar registration fee.
