Program Overview

Cumberland Adult Reading Council offers free one-on-one tutoring to adults who need help in basic reading, writing and math skills, or need to improve these skills sufficiently to enter pre GED classes offered by the state, or to learn English as a Second Language. Founded in 2005, tutoring and small group sessions are free of charge to the students. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Hours of operation: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m Mon -Thurs
