Program Overview

Crossroads Education and Employment Services (EES) provide a range of programs targeted specially to homeless and at-risk populations. Components include: Adult Basic Literacy, GED preparation, financial literacy, computer instruction and NorthStar Digital Literacy certificate, job training for Nurse Assistant and Janitorial careers, employment Readiness and on-the-job internships. EES services are integrated into housing-based case management. We have provided these successful programs for over 25 years. Professional staff includes a Director, job trainers, adult educators and employment case managers.
