CCLP's programs include:
Youth Literacy - After school tutoring for youth
Caring Grands - First and second grade struggling readers tutor weekly with senior citizens
Adult Literacy - One-on-one reading, writing, spelling and math instruction
Computer Literacy - Workshops providing basic technology skills
Health Literacy - Collaborative workshops with a focus on basic health education
Adult Book Club - Learners improve comprehension skills while reading interesting books and developing new friendships
The Mission of the Creek County Literacy Program is to encourage, educate and equip aspiring readers to overcome the barriers of illiteracy.
Hours of operation: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Thursday
17% of adults in Creek County 18 to 24 years old do not have a high school diploma. 11% of adults in Creek County 25 years of age and older do not have a high school diploma.
