Creative Writing Club

Program Overview

Open Books Creative Writing Club is our weekly writing club for young writers to sharpen their literary skills. The hour and a half session is full of creative games, writing time, and feedback from peers. The program is designed to form a community of young writers who can inspire each other and write the next great American novels (and poetry!). This is a free, drop-in program, and no pre-registration is required. The club meets on Wednesdays from 4-5:30 p.m in the Open Books store, and is open to grades 4-12.
