Program Overview

The Summer Reading Program is an annual event provided by P&P Helping Hand Foundation to bring awareness to literacy. We provide assistance to students K-12. We exist to help those in need.

Mission Statement

Founded in 2011, P&P helping Hand Foundation, Inc. a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose primary purpose is to provide economic support to empower underserved communities, and to provide educational, literacy and community programs, "One Hand at a Time."

Hours of operation: 11am-4pm

Cost info: Our annual Summer Reading Program is free to all attendees.

Student and Volunteer Success Stories

One parent stated that, "We had a hard time getting them to attend the first day of the Summer Reading Program. After the first day, they were so excited that they got up early to make sure they were not late. Now they're rushing me out the door."
