Program Overview

Our mission is: "to provide families the necessary literacy skills to be successful in their everyday lives". The Clinton County Literacy Program focuses on early literacy learning by reading in the preschool and elementary schools. Volunteer tutors meet one-on-one with adults who need help with reading and writing.
