Step 1: Join a FREE Citizenship & ESL class Step 2: Your teacher schedules a FREE immigration counseling appointment to file your N-400 application for naturalization Step 3: You pay the N-400 application fee of $725 or $640 if you are age 75+ or file a fee waiver form with proof of a public benefit like food stamps or TANIF (FREE N-400 application fee) or file for reduced application fee if you are lower incomeEducation services
