Program Overview

This program is designed for adults who have graduated from High School, but still struggle with basic skills for a greater job opportunity, retain employment, ability to enroll into a post-secondary education program, or just to have the basic skills necessary to help their children with daily homework.

A one-to-one academic training program, the adult learner now has the opportunity to enroll into one of three training courses within this program. He or she may enroll into one or two grade-level programs (English, Reading, or Math);in addition, to a basic keyboarding class which also offers training in Microsoft
Word.

Other job readiness training in the area of:

  • Resume & Cover Letter Writing,
  • Interview Preparedness Training Session
  • Mock Interview practice
  • Self-Reflection Motivation Course
  • Financial Literacy Training







Cost Info

Free for Michigan residents over the age of 25.
