Program Overview

Class sizes are small and a class session is approximately 8 weeks long. We also hold classes at 715 E. 13th in Andover, KS; Butler Service Center at 2626 S. Rock Road Ste #116 Wichita, KS; Wichita Workforce Center at 2120 N. Amidon; and the Wichita Indochinese Center 2502 E. Douglas Wichita, KS. Call 316-323-6074 to get more information.

Adult Education provides literacy, adult basic education, STAR reading, pre-GED®, English Language Acquisition classes, EL Civics classes, work readiness (Kansas WorkReady certification), basic technology, GED® preparation, and college preparation instructional classes as well as GED® and WorkKeys® testing for residents of Butler, Sedgwick, and the surrounding counties. Our goal is to help learners obtain the skills necessary to function as productive citizens, employees, and family members.

We design and deliver programs and services that meet the educational, work readiness and GED® testing needs of learners in the Adult Education program and the language, educational, work readiness and GED testing needs of the businesses and communities in Butler, Sedgwick, and the surrounding counties.

$30 material fee per semester $132 fee for the GED exam $24 for the GED Ready exam included in material fee
