Program Overview
Class sizes are small and a session is approximately 8 weeks long. We also hold classes at 715 E. 13 in Andover, KS; Wichita Workforce Center at 2120 N. Amidon Wichita, KS; and the Wichita International Language and Learning Center 2502 E Douglas Wichita, KS. Call 316-323-6074 to get more information.
We are a certified Pearson Vue GED Assessment Center at our El Dorado, Andover locations and Wichita location.
Adult Education provides literacy, adult basic education, pre-GED®, English Language Acquisition classes, EL Civics classes, work readiness (Kansas WorkReady certification), basic technology, GED® preparation, and college preparation instructional classes as well as GED® and WorkKeys® testing for residents of Butler, Sedgwick, and the surrounding counties. Our goal is to help learners obtain the skills necessary to function as productive citizens, employees, and family members.
We design and deliver programs and services that meet the educational, work readiness and GED® testing needs of learners in the Adult Education program and the educational, work readiness and GED testing needs of the businesses and communities in Butler and the surrounding counties.
