I rise Program-We mentor in Baltimore City Schools and Recreation Centers with our iRise Program, which focuses on the prevention and intervention of substance use
disorder, bullying and childhood obesity. We execute our mission by strategically setting standards and goals, and implementing structure to foster a secure environment. We hold our students and parents accountable by emphasizing education by offering tutoring services and teaching time management skills. We also educate students on other important areas in life such as puberty/adolescent transition, economics, conflict resolution and anger management. Engage children, youth, and young adultsthrough mentoring, health education and life-skills building to reduce the likelihood of early introduction to illicit and non-illicit substances and drug culture (i.e. gang violence, juvenile affected, lower educated, and aged out foster care).

Behavioral Health Program: Through involvement in our behavioralhealth program each student will also be connected with a case manager (for support services) and mentor. Connect
each student with a therapist for bi-weekly appointment. Provide weekly groups addressing anger management, conflict resolution, coping mechanisms, financial literacy,
bullying, life skills and spiritual guidance.
