Program Overview
Zaman's Literacy Program serves marginalized women who are heads of household in the Dearborn, Inkster and surrounding areas. Our program consists small group tutoring in ESL. Our students meet with twice a week Monday/ Wednesday or Tuesday/ Thursday for two hours each session between the hours of 9:30-1:30. In addition to literacy instruction, our students have the opportunity to join on site vocational training classes in sewing, culinary arts, and baking.
