Program Overview

The Learning & Literacy Centers at Bluffton Self Help offer English as a Second Language (ESL), U.S. Citizenship, Digital Literacy, GED, and Adult Basic Education preparation, as well as WorkKeys testing. We also provide workforce development skill training through WIN Learning, along with financial literacy workshops and resume and interview skills workshops to support career advancement.

Our centers are located on Hilton Head, in Bluffton, and in Hardeeville, and feature up-to-date computer labs with one-on-one assistance available by appointment. We offer both morning and evening classes throughout the year. Students complete a placement test and registration process, and all books and materials are provided.

In addition to educational programming, students have access to wraparound support services, including assistance with basic needs and emergency financial assistance, to help remove barriers and promote long-term success.
