Program Overview

At this location, along with weekly Bible study and free childcare (when operating in person), we offer three education tracks in separate programs to men primarily ages 18 and above:

• HSE (High School Equivalency) offering tutoring and/or classes in five subjects: Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies

• ELL (English Language Learners) accommodating three levels of instruction: Level 1 - foundational vocabulary and basic grammar Level 2 - builds on vocabulary and grammar with additional verb tenses, introduces adverbs, and teaches longer sentence structures Level 3 - prepares a student for workplace vocabulary by learning phrases, sayings, and concepts; for example, how to exercise critical thinking skills and spends more time in comprehensive reading and writing

• Computer and Job Skills Training teaching programs like Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, and Word, along with skills such as building a resume, interviewing, etc.

Programs are open to persons of all faiths and cultures.
