Program Overview
The BCC Education Collaborative is a passionate group from Bastrop County, TX and the area around that are focused on quality education for everyone in our county. The group is made up parents with lived experience, education professionals, and various community members. The group meets monthly and are creating a goal and plans to help parents find their voice in their child's education. We do this through a survey program. Also, we create a Family Literacy community by offering free library cards and youth summer literacy programming.
