Program Overview
The Adult Learning Center has four levels of English classes, basic reading, writing and math classes, preparation for the high school equivalency exams and career pathways classes in culinary and early childhood and elementary education. A healthcare pathway is coming soon. You must be 17 or older to participate and not enrolled in high school. We have four locations - two in Commerce City, one in Northglenn and one in Westminster. Classes are three days per week for three hours each. We have registration in August, October, January, March and May. There are no classes in July-August. We also help learners with career exploration and planning including online job search, writing cover letter and resume and preparing for employment interviews.
