Program Overview
The McCulloch County Library holds literacy, learning and education in the highest esteem and believe that all individuals should have equal and free access to each. Our commitment is evident is the services we provide at no charge such as library cards, online databases and testing and personal assistance. The McCulloch County Library is able to provide the online TexShare Database at no charge to its patrons by means of its accreditation through the Texas State Library and Archives Commission. The EBSCO Learning Express Library is within the TexShare Database and offers study materials and pretests for GED, GED en Espanol, HiSET, and TASC tests. These study aides can be used online in the library or in another location more convenient to the patron. The McCulloch County Library also partners with Howard College in San Angelo, TX for Adult Education Classes. For individuals that cannot attend classes in San Angelo, Howard College will send an instructor to the McCulloch County Library.
